Information on the Ibm card for my car

Hi everyone. Sorry for always asking information on my car, but everyone here are very knowledgeable and helpful. This is the card Danielle sent me on my car. I've figured out the paint and interior colors, and noticed that it came with power steering and brakes. I would like to figure out the engine and and any other information about it. Thanks for the help.

Here's something I came up with that might help.

An IBM card uses punches out of each column to designate a three digit code or a letter.

Body style 322, the 3 position is punched out of column 19, the 2 out of column 20 and the 2 out of column 21 to give us code 322 as indicated in box D BODY TYPE on the top line. Control punches help change punch positions to letters as we we for the TRIM columns 29, 30 and 31.

Some options are designated by he first two numbers of the column like column 36 RADIOS as well as the number punched out. The punch for the number 1 in this example is missing so that indicates the car got sales code 361.

The engine code is in column 50 as well as the box above the RS in MOTORS.

You should be able to apply these concepts to your card. Please let me know if you do not have access to sales coded numbers or if you have any other questions.

Thanks for how the punches in the card give a sales code number. I don't have access to sales coded numbers. How do I find them? My car doesn't have a fender tag, so it makes it harder to find info on the car. Thanks for the help.

I made this in excel for my 67 barracuda. The Options List tab has the sales codes and they should be the same.
