The bottom numbers are 1-80.
The sides are rows, from the bottom up, 9-0, the top two rows above 0 are letters.
On my 67 card, the top two rows are R and X, however that doesn't mean if a punch is there it represents R or X.
For example, your trim is H4Q.
The TRIM punches are:
Punch at 8, and the highest letter row.
Punch at 4.
Punch at 8, and the lowest letter row.
See pic below, shows the letters at the top left.
A punch at row 8 and a punch at the top row matches up with the H.
A punch at row 8 and a punch at the second from the top row matches up with the Q.
H4Q is your trim code, aka interior.
Codes can be found in the Galen books or others, or online.
On your phone, or paint, draw red lines across it between the rows, 9-0 and the top 2.
Or make a photocopy, draw some lines with a ruler making rows and columns and see what you see.
I did the whole thing in excel for my car, type in the punches, spits out the #s and results, what the fender tag should be, etc, but they made slight changes to the cards over the years so it doesn't work for every year.
