I know PG Classics can be hard to deal with, but at the core are they ethical?

I week or so ago I bought a whole gauge bezel kit and glove box door from them online for my 67 Coronet. They had 20% off. Was almost $800 shipped.

Fast forward to today - UPS was to deliver today, but did not show up. I checked tracking and says sender ordered it to be returned to sender. WTH? Now I'm worried and they don't open till tommorw 10 am eastern..........

I think they do that in case there is no one to sign for it. $800.00 bucks might be why they would require it be signed for. I just bought a set of head rest with no issues. You should be ok.

Shouldn’t be returned to sender after one try…

This is what UPS tracking says.........

Maybe they figured out they got your order mixed up with somebody else's (their part in your box...your part in their box)? .

I have never had a problem with their products or service. I once ordered from them and didn't include the discount code. I called them about it and they gladly refunded me the discount amount. Very reputable in my opinion.

I've spent thousands, never a problem.
Most parts look real nice, especially plastic. Some chrome trim is slightly "off".
Still need more, probably from them.

Excellent customer service. Ordered from them a few times and would not hesitate to order again. No worries, you'll get your stuff!

Got a steering wheel last week from them , no problem , there are vendors that sell there parts to .
