Hey Y'all! this is my first thread on "bbodies". This car is gonna be a nice one. These cars are what got me into the hobby. There may be a few of you out there who have seen my threads on the "E" and "A" body sites. At anyrate, it is a really nice car too!! trunk floor extensions, outer wheelhouses, quarter panels, rear window filler panel, new cowl, driver side front floor, you know, really nice.I try to put up pics as I go along. I may not put up a pic of everything that I'm doing, but I take around 1000 pics of everything that I do on the car. So if you don't see something as I'm going along, just ask, and I will put something up for you. So here we go with some progress pics. I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. And wish all a Merry Christmas!!!!!

:hello2:looking good keep up the good work and keep us up dated :headbang:

thanks alot you guys. the car belongs to a friend of mine. i'm kind of hoping he will get on here and tell the tale. so as you can see, the body is a factory four speed, and as you see DANA SIXTY!!!!!!!!!!!!. 440/6. jeff can tell you folks the entire rundown.......... more to follow

Definitely getting right to the meat of the resto.

it really is a good prospect to fix up. and so worth the effort. as i said before, one of these cars was my first love. automotively speaking that is. but when things fit up this well, it makes the whole project go that much easier.

Jeff thats a nice looking 73 you have there, or worked on anyway.. My first love has always been the 69 RR and when they came out with the 71 and up, i just didn't like them at all but have found mine to be a lot of fun, and for the record it doesn't have RM in the VIN, but thats ok with me, its still a fun car from the start to where it is now. Thanks for posting the pictures, ill be watching your Runner build! good luck on it, i had a post 69 RR myself way back when they were just cars, 4-speed bench seat, nothing fancy and i hated the green it was painted lol..

thanks guys. I've got this one going on the "E" body site.
