Welcome to FBBO from Ontario, Joe.That is a great looking '64 Belvedere you have. It is always nice to see another '64 on the site. I have a friend, Lloyd Booker, who races in Nostalgia Super Stock. He has a 1963 Belvedere with a '65 front clip and a Hemi in it. He sometimes races at Norwalk and Columbus. You could touch base with him to see if he is a long lost cousin or something.

Thanks Ed. My car was originally a 6 cyl car but went thru a complete restoration in 2002 and was cloned as a 436 Max wedge. The car has all original panels, glass, trim, bumpers etc. it’s a California car that was brought to Tenn where it was completely dismantled and restored to specs as a Max wedge. The motor is a 64 426 with the cross ram and the bigger 3705 (750 cfm) carbs. Racer Brown cam, Sealed Power 12.5:1 pistons. Complete Legendary interior as new. 727 Push button auto, 4:10 rear, super stock springs. I had Bob Mosher hook me up with some nice offset rear rims and 4” wide fronts. The guys that did the restore did a fantastic job. This car is nicer than any new car I’ve ever owned. Very plain Jane old school muscle car.

It has a 1975 440 in it with "452" heads, Mopar Performance Magnum cam, Edelbrock Performer intake, and Edelbrock 750 cfm. carb, running through stock 1964 dual exhaust manifolds. It is dressed up to resemble 426 Street Wedge with chrome valve covers and air cleaner. In Canada, big blocks were painted red, so that is what I did.

Trying to post a few pics of my 64 Belvedere. Hope this works. Not sure I can upload this many at one time. This is when the car had the original 14x6" wheels on it. Currently, it has 15x4" on the front and 15x8.5" on rear. The rear tires are actually 12" wide. They just fit under the wheel wells with 3/4" clearance on the sides.

Thanks for the additional pictures of your ride, Joe. That is an extremely good looking 1964 Belvedere you own. I really like the colour of it, and the detail of restoration. To answer your question, my car has a 727 TorqueFlight, but no buttons. This 4-door hardtop is a Canadian-built car with Canadian-only Sport Package, giving it front bucket seats and console with shifter. I am second owner and have had it since 1980. 1964 Dodges built in Canada had Plymouth interiors. That is why dash and door panels would look familiar to you.
