The booster I have is new and came with the front disc conversion I put on last year.
I have disc in front and drum out back.
I also still run manual brakes without any assist.
They function great!
Here's a link to the kit I run - Mopar 11.75" Front Disc Brake Kit (Stage 2)
Did you get the proportioning valve for Disc drum?
What size are your rear drums 10"?

No I didn't change the proportioning valve. Cass said I may not need it and so far he was right.
The rear drums are stock.

Here's an update on the Charger.
Well after a few months, the stock ECU from the donor car finally died.
I decided it was time to pull that out and put a Holley EFI in the car (Terminator-X Max).
Car runs great again now! Wish I had done this in the beginning!!

Here's a walk thru video I did, but had to cut a lot of the install footage out to keep it under 20 mins and not have a bunch of boring stuff.

Took the car to a local Cars & Coffee in Morrisville, NC this past weekend. This place was ridiculous with the amount of cars and people, almost like a state fair!
The 68 Charger got a LOT of attention in the midst of supercars and new stuff.

My drive there on the interstate. Not bad for 3.73 gears and a 28" tall tire. 2,900 rpms at 80mph.

The new Holley Terminator-X computer system worked flawless.
Car cruised like a champ!

Project update -

Drove the 68 Charger to Rockingham Dragstrip for "Mopars at The Rock" event yesterday.
Running on E85 and averaging 78mph most of the way.
I traveled 182 miles total. I filled up when I got back home and took 13 gallons.
That works out to 14 miles per gallon. I thought this was pretty good considering my 3.73 gears had me turning right at 2,900 rpms most of the trip.
My tune is a little rich at 8.8 air fuel ratio (On Ethanol scale).

Ya need a Gear Vendor’s OD, that will help a lot!

Put the Charger on the dyno yesterday.
Was pleasantly surprised when it made 335hp and 390tq at the wheels.
The stock camshaft is all done by 5,200 rpms so that might be a change I consider in the future. Otherwise this project has come full circle and has exceeded my expectations.
