Not bad for 94.... Six great grandkids. She lived a lot and saw a lot. I cant believe she is gone but she is in a better world and checked out at a good time. I had been bringing her meals for some time now and what happened was she basically stoped eating. The doctor told us last December this is what would happen. Those pictures above was this Christmas and the other was taken in 1952 at some wedding. The baby is my wife. This picture represents so much for me. It makes me really understand how fast life goes by.... Thanks to all for the condolences
My most sincere condolences to your family.
Thanks for showing the picture, they are the best thing about calling hours getting a glimpse of someone's life.
My condolences to you and your family. 94 years is a damn good run! You're mother in law was fortunate to live a long life with a loving family. We should all be so lucky! May her soul RIP. 440'
I'm sorry for your loss. I lost my Mother at age of 92 a couple of years ago and my Dad 12 years ago at 91 yoa. Being the youngest of their three boys I ask myself what did I learn from them. Having both parents being part of the "Great Depression", money was hard to come by but "Love" was in abundance. Sometimes the examples they set were not verbal but what they did or did not do. If I had kids they best I can do is lead by example but live your life that way. Lastly I believe in faith and that someday I will meet them again.
