My wife has skipped town on making my supper since I returned from Carlisle and fixed the sink! She works second shift and always leaves me a plate of food for when I get home after my 12 hour day. She can call the plumber next time and pay him a grand to fix the sink!

Perhaps the stench emitting from your plumber’s crack is lingering in the house?

No grief here, but something always seems to break down or quit working.
This year it was a call at 10pm informing me the icemaker quit on the fridge. She managed to survive 2 days without ice cubes, it was traumatizing but she made it.
Oh btw, "someone" turned off the icemaker whilst cleaning the touchpad on the fridge.

I didn't have any idea that she was enslaved in the tent kitchen, that puts a completely different light on things.

Mine chooses not to attend, but supports the process. A few years ago my daughter got aggressive, and tried to schedule a family event that would conflict with Carlisle.

Wife said, dad dies and inhabits heaven for a few days with that event, and then we get him back when it’s over. A win for all.
