need some help on my engine compartment what gets body color and what doesnt 73 rr

im painting the engine compartment this saturday , this is the first chanse i had to log on . anyway

does the hood latch lock stay clear ? ?
does the rad support get body color ?

the nuts for the wiper motor ?

picks would be appreciated .

On my 71 all those parts are clear.

The engine compartment inner fenders and firewall are all body color. The covers over the suspension are satin black. The radiator support is body colored. The hood latch handle/hook is phosphate treated (grey/green) with no paint. The latch strike is body colored.

I think you got it and it looks good! I did do my hood latch in caliper silver, but that is because all of the original zinc plate that was on it was coming off.
