Many years ago I found out that I have allergies to Gluten, Sugar and Dairy. Gluten was a big contributor to bloody noses at the drop of a hat and blood coming out the exhaust port. Sugar gives me raging headaches. Dairy plugs up my sinuses. Of course the first two are ingredients Beer and Bread. I do those on a limited basis and limited amount. Has to be really good. If I have too much of either, problems ensue fairly quick. A Naturopath specialist I was seeing for my Thyroid issues told me that many people have food allergies and don't know it. I cut myself off from those for about a month. Didn't notice much until Consumed them again. Then I felt the problems they caused. I haven't had a bloody nose for many years but get exhaust port issues ensue if I get off the reservation too much.

My Wife just went into the ER about a month ago with the same thing. Blood in her stool. They did an emergency
colonoscopy and all they found was Diverticulitis. We all have it because of the ultra processed no-fiber food we've
been eating since birth! She was on blood thinners, so they stopped that **** right away! Didn't find anything so
they sent her home. She had to get some blood replaced and go on Iron pills for a month to regain her strength.
Scary stuff! Take care of yourself and heal.

thanks everyone for the well wishes..... I dont have the energy to thank everyone individually
No worries there. I know all too well how it feels and wanted NO ONE to even bother me when sick with that flu mess!

I always assumed that food allergy issues ether made you hurl or squirt. Not so. It shows up in many other aspects. I've dealt with autoimmune issues for a long time. When I discovered the food allergy problem and took control of it, it got better. I still had to get the Thyroid removed later, which was a victim of the autoimmune problem. You'd be amazed a what gives you health grief.

Mike, everything you post is always so tidy and neat.....hats off to you

anyway, first time vertical for any length of time since last week when I got snaked,,,,even took a shower :bananadance:

Mark if your trying to eat healthy thats your problem,go get a cheese steak and you will be back at it in no time.

Do you have great weather there?? My dad used to have a 'small' garden every year and with very little watering back in the 60's but every time I had a garden in the 80's, we would have a drought and after several years of having to water the garden all the time, I gave up. Was spending way more on watering than what we were spending at the grocery store and the watered garden just didn't produce much of anything that tasted any better than what the grocery store had. But gotta say, I got the best cantaloupe I ever tasted (and I don't really like it) from a compost pile! The small 'mound' is still there and produces the best grass of all and it's been 20 years since adding to it lol.

I'm getting affected by the weather change like everyone else but, we have watered for years. Every row gets one of those black recycled rubber hoses as soon as the seeds are planted and then the boss just moves the supply hose where she deems necessary. I have been gardening since 1978. Maybe I shouldn't have married a farm girl?

bought my Lincoln power mig in 2003......it's been an amazing machine

recently, there has been a delay in the gas coming out of the nozzle....... sometimes longer than others, sometimes normal (instant)

it's unacceptable....... evidently, there is a solenoid that is sticking....... I'll get into it later today and see what's up, it needs a good cleaning anyway
Same problem I had on my Miller tig, searching many problems, thought it was the gas with bad welds on aluminum. Turns out the timer gas valve was sticking.

Could be food?, my Grandfather had that same issue. He was born in 1894, died in 1974. Not too much processed food in his life time I would think. Lower aorta aneurism got him, I have a stent there now myself, dad had one too.

Get it checked every six months! There is a repair for that but it's invasive. Take care.

you don't realize work isn't really work, until you can't function.......

I'm on the rebound, cant wait to get back in the shop......... wrecking ball status awaits
