So I had these cabinets that were removed from a demo job about 9 years ago...

Decent condition and there is no money in them so I figured I'd try and make them work...

They're just too deep and stick out too far from the wall...

The last cabinet has plumbing drain in the floor right up against the cabinet and there was no room to get the next pvc fitting on...

I removed 7 3/4" from the depth of them and cut off the toe kick at the base where they were in rough shape...

Then removed the 3/4" cabinet thickness at the rear corner of the inside cabinets where the electrical chase is...

I installed the blocking under them like some newer cabinets have and modified everything to fit where I needed them to go...

Bottoms are done...now to remove the tops ones and relocate the tall one as it will be deleted from this area...

Cabinets are all finished and the large one was relocated to above where a workbench will be...

I resumed installing the 2" rigid insulation at the base of the walls covering the 2" on concrete block that was there...

Added the furring strips for the vertical board and batten siding that is ordered...

The bottom 42" of the walls will be covered in all steel...

Had a 50 degree day here yesterday so I went outside and started working on the mini split installation...

Power from the fusebox was completed to the disconnect...

Condensate lines were ran...

I started framing the platform for the outside unit to set on...

The platform ends up being 38" above the concrete sidewalk...
