Not the official weather thread.....

The last snow we got just finished melting except for a pile here and there. I was really tired of looking at everything being white for weeks. Now everything is white again.
We got 5" of wet snow overnight. Its melting where it was plowed or shoveled. Winds picking up. 50 degs for Wednesday. She's starting to loose her grip!

We're almost back to normal, it's 62* f right now/sunny, 40*f evening
the warm before the pending new storm
rain coming in tonight, will wash what snow is left, unless we get a temp drop
there's;
still a bunch of snow off the back side of the house, or roofs especially
or anywhere that is the North exposure
or in the gravel, or stuff I piled up off the decks
& it's like 10*-14*f colder out back...

The asphalt is clear now, maybe we'll get mail ? (losers)

We're supposed to get a couple day of nice warm/sunny weather,
after tonight's rain/snow

It took a couple days, to clear off
but much of the 3'+ or so of the Devils Dandruff,
is melting like 'the wicked witch of then west', (Pelosi) getting water dumped on her
not worth taking photos of

Stay warm guys/gals back NE, that crap sucks,
looks like our recent Sierra's Cement, from what I saw on the news
that carp/heavy snow takes out trees & powerlines "a lot"

I used to love the snow, & winter breaks, like 60-100 days a year, skiing
but;
Not Now...
I freaken' hate it now, it ruins everything,
when it comes now, it comes in with a vengeance
it's not like it was a few inches daily & after a week or so stops
now it seems to come in bursts (freaken' cloud seeding crap)

You got to get the stuff up/out or plowed/blown off right away
or it's there for a week or more usually, & iced over...
So clearing twice a day, PITA...

It's not the cold & natural powdery snow we normally have here...
(my dad can't handle cold or the ice especially, anymore)
& it chases off most the wildlife, that go to shelter somewhere,
hunker down...
We did have a crapload of Pigeons & Doves,
gathering here for some strange reason
or the congress of (40-50 wild) turkey's, that stick around for anything
hunkering down in the Ponderosa Pines out back
or the smaller Tweety birds & lil' yearling mule deer's,
mostly young female/does for some reason,
all nestled down in the easement property next-door,
between snowstorms & after too...

Throw another log on the fire, keep warm people...

GOOD LUCK
