1974 Charger SE 360 all orginal. Car always ran sluggish until fully warmed up, then fine once warm. Since I moved, when I take the car out before full warmup, it will stall if my first few blocks are uphill. Starts right back up no problem. If the first few blocks are level a bit sluggish, but never a stall. Once warmed up fully, runs like a champ uphill or down!! HaHa1 any ideas? Thanks!

Moved from where to where? Sounds like carb to me.

Sounds like the choke is either not working or not set rich enough.
Check the heat riser as well, perhaps the spring on that is gone or disconnected.

Choke is where I would start too.

Make sure the choke pull off is working. If that doesn’t pull the choke blade open a little bit you’ll fight with it until the thermostat starts pulling it open. Also make sure your idle is higher when on the choke step up.

It's possible that the pull off was not working and the choke was leaned out to compensate and avoid flooding. So that could be why it acts that way.

One more thing.
Does it have a "heat stove" connection between the exhaust manifold and the air cleaner?
It was originally a paper like tube connecting the exhaust to the air cleaner with a vacuum actuated door in the air cleaner snout to draw in warm air until the engine was at operating temp. I think 74 was around the era when these were introduced.

'70 actually... pic of what Don is referring to !
