I have been troubleshooting my 318 using a lot of oil. Cylinder #7 spark plug shows oil consumption (still fires). I know I need to do a compression and leak down test, spare me. Having said that, based on the picture attached (looking down the intake runner where it meets the head) what do you all suspect-> Oil control rings, valve stem seals, leaking intake manifold gasket? If cylinder 5 does not have this issue, does that suggest blow by from 7?

Bad gasket sucking oil from Valley , leaky pushrod tube

If it compression tests ok? My bet would be an intake gasket leak.

Start with the compression test and check the blow by. If ok I would reseal the top. Intake gaskets, valve seals.

Where does your engine plum in your valve cover oil breather hose. If some where near #7 then check the cover for a baffle. Could be just oil mist pooling.
