Iv seen many Mopars with painted bumpers and I think most look awsome, but I have a 70 Superbee with the split oval bumpers.I got BURNED on a rechroming job awhile back & was thinkin about painting them the body color.Just wanting to know if anyone has any pics I could view so I can decide which way to go with them.:headbang:

Easy way to find out how it looks...mask yours off (better yet, remove them) and 'rattle can' them with a cheap can that closely matches your car. If you don't like it, simply wipe them down with paint remover...like 'oops' or 'goof off', sold at Lowes, and you are back to square one. If you like it, media blast the crhome then lay some color matched paint on and you may start a new trend. Make sure you post photos here so others can experience the effects.

Check the price of fiberglass parts if available. That could be a cheaper way to go,quick sand job and paint & install:blob1:

I have glass bumpers,hood & trunklid:sunny:

We went the fiberglass bumper route in our restoration, painted torch red to match the body color.
