I received one early. It's a Norwegian saying. "NO SUCH THING AS BAD WEATHER. ONLY BAD CLOTHING" It just means bad weather isn't going to keep Norwegians from enjoying the outdoors.
Norwegians have a straightforward outlook on the weather — when the weather is good, we appreciate it, but we don’t expect good weather. When you visit Greece, you’re probably going to get fantastic sunny weather. Norway isn’t quite as predictable, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t embrace the weather.
