WTB Project car - 4spd, near OH

I'm considering another project. I'm looking a 4spd A/B/E/F body - preferably a BB, but would consider a SB (whether the engine and tranny are there or not). Must have good bones, floors, rails, under $4K. I'd consider anything from '65 to '75. I'm in northern OH, so somewhere in OH, MI, IN, PA, WV or western NY.
