Rear tire size

What's the largest rear tire I can fit with no modifications on a 15X8 rear rim on my 69 Super Bee? I am running 275/60/15 now, but I have seen pics of cars with the tire filling up the well better.

295 50 will give you wider tread but will be shorter IMHO

No, the big wheels/tires aren't in my photo gallery. But I put up pictures in the numerous other posts about what wheels/tires to run. Will put more up tonight.
