during the build process 1984-ish (?)
my then 8.50 Pro-Gas or SE 7.90 class NHRA car
1951 Ford converted to a 1949 Ford Tudor Business Coupe,
same body as 51 different trim & grill, so I could still race Nostalgia stuff
the model year cut off was 1950, for B-Gas
You can see sitting near where the back seat used to be

Not sure if there's already a thread for this. I see wheels, engines, front ends, shifters etc but how about the interiors, there has to be some beauties out there.
I'll start with mine, not the best, but not the worst either.

Do old trucks count?
My first attempt at diamond tuck on
an 80 year old seat frame. I was
coached by an upholsterer who took
pride in his craft. Not something I'd
like to make a living at, and it took
for what seemed like forever to get
done. The seat was the first step
completed on a build that took 23
years to get on the road, and it's still
not done as far as I'd like. But it sure
