I'm guessing the rear side door doesn't open? Or the pipes are just for show and removeable?

There is enough room to get in and out, using the forward door, of the rear side doors.
We have a set of shelves blocking the rear of the two doors, but the shelves are removable. The shelves hold extra bedding. At the bottom is the cheap BBQ. It is accessible from the inside, but I open the rear door to retrieve it. Our stock exhaust exits on the left hand side, behind the rear wheel.
