I've decided to pick up a 440>520 stroker shortblock to start my engine swap,

are stroker engines good for daily drivers?

Anyone here daily driving a stroker with some advice.? thanks.

my buddy drives his 410 stroker as his daily driver in his 74 duster. no problems yet. although i cant speak for everyone. just goin off of experience.

They are great for daily drivers. They make gobs of torque at lower rpm's so you cruise around without screaming the eng and make a ton of torque to get a car moving fast. Ron

how can u make a 470 out of a 400 cuz i was goin 451 but didnt know 470 possible do u still use the 440 crank?

stroker?

470' motor needs a 3.9 stroke,I have a indy clyinder version-11-1 comp built for the street.
640 Hp at 6500 rpms
590 torque at 5000
