Im curious, has it ever been done? I love the curves of the 1969 Charger, but I dislike the grill looking thing on the nose of the Daytona.

Not saying if I ever had a project car I would do it, just curious.

you could put it on, but it won't line up right..the size is different as is the curves. Plus, the 'Bird nose has a crease in the center, the Daytona is flat

All though I wouldn't suggest doing it, it would just be easier to remove/relocate the Charger grille as the bird nose would take a lot to be made to fit/look correct.

Although I agree with you, I hope you do this to a after market nose.
That is one of the reasons I bought a superbird instead of a daytona.

I would never accually do it, I was just wondering.

I really like spring special Daytona's, but the grill thing kills it for me. Plus the Daytonas had a horrendous overheating problem.

Superbirds were no different with the overheating.
It could be challenging at times while crusing down the main drag.
