"The Fate of the Furious" Really?

"Fast 8" sounded fine to me. The fate of sounds like a farewell. Since we know it won't be the last one unless this one loses a ton of money. Kind of like the Rolling Stones Farewell tours.

I'm a big fan of the F&F movies because it features cars. I'm not one that left when Vin said, "Granny shifting like you're supposed to." I just LOVE cars. I suspect 1971 GTXs and Road Runners will go up in price after Fast 8. It's just this new title sounded awfully pretentious. The big trailer is supposed to be out today. 12-11-16.

The F & F movie that gets both my thumbs up is the 'DRIFT'. The storyline stayed in bounds of reality(dragging vaults around in Rio is too comikbook for me) & it was the movie MOST about the cars & driving. Many cars built for movie( 4 or 6 Monte Carlos built for opening scenes......the star Mitsu EVO actually disengaged front drive, to go RWD solo)Footage was superb, all the actors were put thru a 3 day course @ (i think) Irwindale(the lead role Chick turned out head of class!) & of course the flick addressed my favorite type of driving............

I'm an "action " movie junkie , love F&F . we know it aint real , who wants reality its escapism at its best well aside from "the expendables ", and the "marvel " movies more I want more

The Cuda in the last one kills me. It says AAR down the side then you see a back shot of 72 tail lights? Wtf? First it's a 1970 then it's a 72? I like the movies but that was brutal.

It's just entertainment guys 99% of the people have no clue what car is what . witch is fine by me I love them using the old cars up until everyone who sees the movie wants to buy then we can't afford our hobby again till another fad comes along for those people

All movies Made now are either Sequels, Remakes or Superhero movies. Society hasnt had a Original idea in years. I liked the first Fast & Furious and thats it. The rest are just over Dramatic, Banal acting.
