The most F-ed up movie you've ever seen?

I don't mean a bad movie. I mean confusing, although in a good way. Maybe thought-provoking or other-wise messed up.

I am reminded of Sucker Punch. I've seen it four times and I'm still not sure what it's about. The longer Director's Cut helped some.

I don't mean to start a thread on WTF Sucker Punch is or isn't but I love movies like this. Have you got more?

There was this one I saw recently which ended up being a little confusing on top of being terrible. From the preview I thought it was some grind house style comedy movie.

Cannibal Holocaust is pretty f***** up for an old movie. Probably the first found footage movie of its kind
