Alright y'all, back with another. The raging topic of Tube vs Tubeless. Throwing the Hoosier Quick Time Pro DOT Slicks on my Charger to finish my rear-end project (Pics below, I know y'all love pics) But first, quick update on the project 68.
Drums out. Disc going in. Went with Right Stuff due to budget. Very straightforward and easy/affordable kit.
Went with 3.91 and the Detroit TruTrac Dif in the 489. Moser axels on the 8.75
At this point, I'm pretty locked in on the Hoosier Quick Time Pro DOT Slicks. Always loved Hoosier and need DOT to run the categories I want to run. I've always run tubeless on my dragster but this is my first street/strip doorcar setup. I don't plan on running these tires and wheels on the street (take on/off at the track) so I figured tubeless was where I was headed but information is power and I thought I'd get everyone's thoughts.
Hope y'all have had a great winter!
Day I got her. She's come a long way since.
