Every time it rains I get water in my glove box and on the floor, the only thing I can think of is the wiper gaskets are shot. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Wiper seals won't leak into your glove box ! My bet it's your windshield gasket, probably leaking between the seal and pinch weld. Have fun !

Thats what I would guess too if you are talking about a 1969 or older model. They are always a pain to get sealed up. Could also be a rust hole in the bottom of the windshield channel.

I have a small hole in the bottom of my wiper compartment? If it rains hard enough and the car sits, it'll drip down onto my feet. That being said My car is no wear near being restored...

Fresh air vents.

Leaves and debris traps moisture causing it to rust through on the outside.
