What are the differences in a 68 Satellite, and a 68 Sport Satellite???:santa:

I think the base model had no fancy trim packages and a 318, and the sport was a 383 car with a few more trim optoins.
If memory serves.... the Belvedere was the lowest base model, then was the Satellite, Sport Satellite, Roadrunner, the GTX was at the top of the line until the Superbird in 70.

A Satellite and a Coronet 440, a Sport Satellite and a Coronet 500 are sister cars.

The Satellite and 440 had a bench seat interior standard (however the bucket seat interior was optional for both) and the Sport and 500 had the bucket interior standard with both. There was also different and additional exterior trim standard on the Sport and 500.

There was no difference in engine or trans options for any of these modeles listed above.

Go to http://www.andy440.com/ and click on 1968 Features and look at all of the different pictures of pages from the Datat Book for all the details. This is for Dodge and the Plymouth basically follow the same format. Chrysler built Dodge and Plymouth B bodies in the same plants so it was just a matter of slapping the correct interior and trim on the right body. back in the day we used to get cars in with Plymouth stuff on one side of a car and Dodge stuff on the other side of the same car. Not much quality control.
