What does this stamped metal tag signify?

I was removing the headliner from by 68 charger and I found this metal tag near in the roof near the driver side window. It is at metal tag stamped with "vinyl". Seems like something that was installed in the assembly process. Has anyone else found one, what was its purpose? Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

Yea. I don’t know. The only reason I said special order was it is a white top. But hey I don’t know what the tag means. Just guessing. Hope one of you guys on here knows for sure. Thx.
