Where to find TX9 touch up paint

Been trying to find touchup paints for my "black diamond" runner (at least thats what its listed as when I did a fender tag code check). Most call it formal black.
Is the modern TX9 coded paint the same color?
And why cant I find it on most 72 classic mopar color charts?

try TCP global color they have color charts or go to an O' Reilly's paint store or a regular auto paint store and they can mix a 2 oz. bottle and they can also use a special camera to take a photo of your color on the car. they come right to our shop and do this service and deliver the paint later.
