Yes, and imagine the cost & man-hours required to get them back into flying condition, then to fly them and maintain them in that condition. Thankfully, there are those who revere them enough to see that through.

As a fund raiser, the Museum sells rides in their various aircraft. My son and daughter paid for a flight for me in the Museum's Dakota (C-47) last year for my 75th birthday present. A 45 minute ride in the Lancaster costs about $3500.00. They also have a B-25 Mitchell that they sell flights in.
