747, I took a couple of photos of your car there yesterday. I was going to mention that I noticed your car from here but you weren't around. Nice car BTW man, I love the Coyote logo and the stance is killer! I enjoy seeing all of the restored Mopars' but it is a breath of fresh air to get to check out a custom one once in a while!
I had the pleasure of checking out Devin's car - it is as sweet as it looks in pictures. A true craftsman! Larry (conv67bdere) came down with Devin and the two girls. Both Larry and Devin were great guys - thanks for checking in and meeting up! I was running around as my father-in-law showed up as well and I had to go get him, but it was to meet them - even for a short time.
I also met Bobtile and Mitch (68Chicken) both stand-up guys. It was cool to see Bob's GTX, and I am afraid I would only see the back of it if I started taking smack with him!
Of course, what I was most excited about was my car actually made it to Carlisle and back! It had maybe 15 miles on it before that, but I threw caution to the wind and drove it there. It made it without issue, even though the interior wasn't done. It was still fun!
I forgot/was too busy to take many pictures, but here are a couple at least. First, a few of the Hawk-Rod:
This black Road Runner was a 30,000 original mile, original owner car. Absolutely beautiful!
And finally, 747mopar's car - nice!
I had a great time. Hopefully next year I will have less running around to do and can meet more of the FBBO crew!
