Does a roller cam 'care' what size lifter is used? 1" lifter vs standard. Not concerned with pushrod lenght just is it okay to run big lifters on any roller cam? Cam is over .700 lift.

The cam is ground for a particular size lifter wheel. Changing wheel diameter will change the characteristics of the cam. Lifter body diameter is irrelevant to this.
