Maybe the last Corvette? 2019 Z06 lot #3001

Sold for 2,700,000. All proceeds going to charity. Bought by Dan Snyder. Said he'll park it right next to the "Last Viper" that he owns.

LAST Corvette?
You think they are not currently working on the 2020 models? I did not hear that they are being mothballed, in fact, I heard the 2019 sales are slowing because buyers are holding out for the 2020 models.
Did I hear that wrong?

Last front engine
Next is mid engine
The purist will call this the last corvette

Perhaps it is the last front-engine Corvette made?

I remember an interview with a real "Redskin" years ago. Apparently most didn't even register the name on their radar. The ones that knew could care less. The crazy ones that appear with the fat ugly women from Portland every 2.5 years to protest, probably make up 1% of American Indians. It's just another pot stirring moment. I'm waiting for the protests for LGBTBBQLOLKMA Indians and their rights.

So...which is it?! This "last" vette sold for 2.7mil , or BJs? I'm cornfused...

Last C7 'Vette.

There really aren't any 'real' "Redskin" people any more, the actual group was the Beothuk who lived in Newfoundland but the last of them died out in the early 1800s. Painting not only their bodies with red ochre paint, but also their homes, weapons, canoes and everything else, it was a springtime ritual that surprised the first Europeans in the 15th century, causing the term 'Red Indian' to be born. I can't think of any other indigenous group that painted themselves red like this....people just started applying the term to all natives even though it didn't fit.

Maybe the Washington team should just adopt the Angler as a mascot and say the term Redskin has nothing to do with people. :)

I like the charity aspect of this. It is a shame though that both the Vette and the Viper will never be enjoyed/driven.

I think the info's been out for awhile, I heard stepdad talking about the switch to a mid-engine platform months ago...that said, I can totally see GeeM making it short-lived (a la dodge demon) to make the mid-engine the 'rare special supercar' that they can brag about, sell at a very high price, then brag some more when the vetteheads sell them on Blowitt-Jobson for astronomical amounts of money once production ceases...yeah?
