He had me by 2 strokes after 4 holes and I honestly was thinking this might be the day and when he was putting I was secretly hoping he missed but at the same time glad and proud he made the putt .

We roast Guatemalan coffee. There are 8 distinct growing regions in Guatemala. We roast 2 of the 8. Antigua is a smoother coffee grown in a volcanic valley area at around 5200-6000 feet above see level.
Huehuetenango has a bolder flavor and is grown in a highlands region another 1000 feet up. We useva fluid bed roaster that has a max capacity of 6lbs per batch. You loose 20% of the wieght of the bean roasting to medium and more if you go to a dark. We do a medium dark roasy normally and dark or light to order. We are out of New Braunfels, Tx

I don't make my own coffee, I usually just mooch it from whomever is near by and has a pot of Joe ready. Sometimes cold coffee works too, I mean no one is perfect.
