Cop did what he had to do to save his life - period. He told the slug to drop the knife repeatedly. Guy might have been whacked out or on a suicide by cop mission who knows. To me, this is the thing about people who ridicule the police and play arm-chair QB on how a cop is to make a split second decision when it's their *** on the line - not some politician in a suit behind a desk or others who aren't on the front line while the cops are trying to do their job...

1) A Person should never exit his/her vehicle unless told to do so.

2) Cop should never have a weapon without a chambered round.

I should say, not a real traffic stop. Video is obviously a video. I like how the camera was positioned and they both rolled into frame. And that many rounds there should have been blood.

i think the last shot before she cleared the chamber was the leg shot.
thats the only thing that stopped him,tbh.
the rest of the rounds didnt even seem to phase him.
and he was Still picking up the knife and gonna keep trying......
deffo on some kind of drugs or something !

edit,if this was staged then that explains why all those other shots had no effect whatsoever and why no holes in suspect.

People have this misconception that a round, or two will drop someone, of course it will if a hit occurs in a vital area. Round goes through so fast that it takes a few seconds, or more before you realize it. It's a neurologic response. It takes your brain a second, or two to process it.

I have no experience of guns, but if it was real I'm surprised the guy didn't have any visible damage or was her first few shots missing him? I thought the bullets would blow big holes in him, not just a little hole with blood like in the old movies?
