I don’t believe it’s a security camera either, too low, clarity, no time stamp watermark, both cars stopped on queue in the frame. Also why did they blur the face out? I used to watch Cops, didn’t they say if they were convicted of a crime they didn’t need to blur faces?

Bigger gun will not work. Trigger time at a tactical range. If you can't hit anything with a .22, you won't hit anybody with any caliber. I wish i had a tactical range near me. The regular stand up range is good for fundamentals, but it's not real world as far as shooting, and moving.
Don't forget it is a high stress situation. Controlling fear while under a surge of adrenaline is difficult.
Always have a round in battery. You don't need a safety, but don't have a crazy light trigger either.
