I agree. I have never been a fan of the Quad Cab style.
THIS is what I like:

That is my 350,000 mile 2007 Ram 1500. Regular cab, short bed.
This new one looks great but I just can't accept the quad cab thing.

I'm not usually a fan of the 4 door pickup, but this Ram ROCKS!!!

Most powerful? I wonder how it would do up against a Shelby F-150. A friend of mine drove the 755 hp. version which is already on the street, but you can get 770 with the Super Snake option. Two or More doors. (They claim that only 250 of the 770 hp. versions will be built). 0-60 is a second quicker than the Rebel.

That's not production. Let Petty's garage get their hands on the Ram and 1000HP is around the corner. And I would rather push a Mopar than drive a Ford!!!

How is this different from the Shelby Mustangs, FWD Shelby Charger or the Shelby Dakota? Limited production to be sure, but still considered production.

Isnt the Ram a 4x4? (TR vs TRX??)
I think with a good handling, huge HP truck ,is cool, but (IMO) it kind of limits the "TRUCK" part of the truck, and it becomes a two seat race car with a bed, that no one will scratch, lol!(but I bet that Shelby, is a track machine!!)
If the Ram has 4x4 it makes it much truck like, you can do some off road stuff, drive it in the snow(707HP in the snow??? )
And it has a stance, that make it look like a truck.
I agree on the extra doors, they really need to offer an option, single guys dont really need or want crew cabs.

Its just one more bad @$$, high HP toy, I will never afford, LOL!!
I really like the looks.
The Ram SRT10, at least had the option of the Viper manual 6 speed.(but no 4x4, or ability to tow anything!)
