Yes, the top is a maroon color, matched it off a part underneath, and matched the lower from original. The top is non reflective mate finish. I don't know what the paint code colors are sorry

Yes, and also the mate color on top for Savoy's they did the same with the blue as well. It matches the dark and light red that's on the dooor panels, quarters and seats two tone pattern
