Where did you and your car go today

Been raining here since Sunday and its going to continue raining through at least Saturday.

So far, it’s been a real crappy spring here in the northeast.
Agree, we can't get 2 sunny dry days in a row.
Hopefully it settles out soon.
My Charger is still sitting from winter. It looked good when I pulled my truck and boat out but this is getting really late for the first drive.

30/40/50% rain chance for the next 7 days.

WTF??

This better not be monsoon season already.

Usually April and May are old car driving/motorcycle riding to work months.

Another beautiful day!

I did a 225 mile round trip today in my 1967 R/T with our Mopar Club members to view a private Mopar Collection, not open to the general public. I left at 8:00 a.m., and got home here at 5:00 p.m. It was a long tiring day, but I would do it again in a heartbeat. The collection consisted of about 25 Mopars, 9 of them Hemi-powered. He had a row of 5 Hemi '66-'67 B-bodies. The cars are all matching #'s, and mostly all original paint. The owner was very generous with his time and information. He also had some A-body Barracudas, and Hemi and 440 E-bodies. One of my favourites was a black 383, 4-speed 1968 SuperBee, with dark red interior. This guy even has more diecast models than I do! I took a lot of pictures, that I will post later. I can only imagine this looks like Jerry Hall's place. LOL.

Club members' cars that attended.
We stopped at an old service station part way there for a "stretch" break.

I went to the local 1950s diner car show last night. The 1969 Road Runner was a car I'd never seen before. In Tucson it's rare to see a newcomer Mopar (unless @JimKueneman releases another masterpiece). The Road Runner was nice, but it might be a tribute.

Thanks Dave, that 66 Charger is sweet. I also see a red 69 Charger 500. I like those more than a Daytona.
Notice it has C-body full size 15" wheel discs on it. Owner said it was coded for 15" Recall wheels.
