I want anything that doesn't break or gets recalled twice a year, holds its value and doesn't cost 60 plus. I'm not spending between 70 and 100 for any car or truck. Useless it's making me money, I don't need a dick extension.

I owned a new 81 and it was bulletproof.

I seriously doubt it has all that stuff but I could be wrong. If you want all that you need to get a Tacoma.
It says in that article it comes with a 360 degree camera, I am hoping that is in the high end trim though.
Not to get political but the infrastructure bill passed a bit over a year ago mandated the cameras and microphones and alcohol sensors. But I am hoping this vehicle is being touted as commercial (LOL) because it is a hilux and not a tacoma.

Backup cameras are required by law in the U.S. for all new vehicles manufactured after May 1, 2018, under Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) 111, to reduce backover accidents; this mandate applies to vehicles under 10,000 lbs and covers new car sales, not older vehicles, though retrofitting is encouraged for safety.

People will buy almost anything if it's cheap enough. Ford Escort, Ford Pinto, Chrysler K car, VW Beetle, & etc.

Well that stinks. I wonder if the CPU's would go haywire if I capped off the wires to the camera....

Wouldn't be surprised if tape or cutting wires disabled the vehicle.
