Hey guy's, A couple months ago I put new and taller tires on my Bee, went from P235/60/15
all around to 225/70/15 in front and 235/70/15 in back which amount to 26.3 tall tire before to a 27.4 in front and 28.0 in back. I went to the alignment shop to get it aligned and here are the numbers he aligned to. Caster: +2.2 degs. left and +2.5 degs. right. Camber: -.2 degs. on left and -.5 degs. on right, toe is .11 degs. both sides with a total of .22 degs. toe which print shows in green on the toe. Now my only problem after him spending an hour and a half on it and he even letting me sit in the shop and watch him do this is when I took the down the road at 35 it was okay but when I got up on the highway that's when I notice he didn't get the steering wheel straight it is approx. 3 inches to the right car rives nice and straight but now this. I know I should call him and get it back in but it took me 2 weeks to get in. He owns performance alignment and they have cars all the time so I was thinking about making this small adjustment myself. Getting string and floor jacks and tying one end to each jack and use this from front to back with string touch wall of tires then adjusting each tie rod sleeve small amount in the direction as to turn tires back to the right a little, So which way to turn the sleeves from looking at it from the left side of the car should it be clockwise or counter clockwise? Thanks for hanging in and reading this long read! Dave
