I'm planning on having my 1966 Plymouth Satellite Convertible completely restored to factory original, or as close as is reasonably possible and practical, along with a few upgrades for safety, reliability and drive-ability (e,g, disk brakes, electronic ignition, fuel injection, better cooling).
For those of you who have had their cars restored, curious as to who you might recommend in the way of a restoration company doing outstanding work on Mopar. What excellent experiences have you had? Equally important, what bad experiences have you had? I'm in southeastern Washington State so prefer reasonably local area shops, but willing to entertain elsewhere in the country.
I know, when completed, the car will not be worth the money I put into it, but that's not the point. I've owned it since I was a 22 year old kid some 54 years ago green behind the ears. When I'm gone it will be passed on to my son and his sons someday. Not for sale anyway. Thanks...
