I knew I was a weirdo...(spare agreeing with me, lol). I have a couple of real nice leather fobs on my spare sets...but my 1st set is on a plain old dealership key tag. Reason is...I remember the days as a kid gawking at dream rides at dealerships and a neighbor that worked at a mopar dealership who brought home various 'new' Plymouths and Dodges parked in his driveway...back when people and dealers left their keys in the ignition. Somehow part of the memory etched in my head and when I bought cars. Doesn't give off the new car smell...but close enough. I've saved those tags on several cars I bought over the years and bought a stash of those from a guy at a swap meet. He was surprised I bought them saying "I've had those things for sale for decades and nobody bought them".

Here's one of my Buell motorcycle keychains, its one you can separate. I typically keep it on the zipper pull on my riding leathers.

The attachment...is one of the three inch, coarse-thread, T27 head, self-tapping titanium screws I had them take out of my left leg. They were installed in '08 after my accident to hold the titanium rod in my femur just above the knee, and once I got through rehab, all they did was...hurt. I had them remove two, the other one hangs on my wall. This one, I had the machine shop cross-drill under the head so I could put it on a ring.

Having that on my zipper pull is a reminder every time I suit up for a ride or a track day...don't wreck one again!

In my earlier post since I mentioned my spare sets, the set on the left is a repro of the original a keys of the era of my Plymouth in steel. A guy at a mopar meet had a tent selling and cutting them. Maybe around '65 the Penta star key came out and sometime later it was flipped like the set I use most often. Who made a neater looking key than Chrysler? lol
The key fob on the right reminded me of the fob my dad had - the long oval shape for his '57 T-Bird when he bought it, so had to buy that one.

Dealership key chain from early 60s for my 61 Plymouth with original forward look keys.

I have picked up a few more since my earlier post.
First picture. Dodge logo with "Dodge Division Family Day 1958" on the back, with army can opener. Keychain kit from Grosse Pointe Chrysler-Plymouth. Michelin Man.
Second. Marathon. Garrity Dodge. Who remembers AMT model car kits? Kool Kat was their mascot.
Third. Cooper Tires. How many of you guys remember the "Olsonite Special" Indy racers?
Fourth. Top to bottom. Rollie Barrett Chrysler-Plymouth. Consumer Promotions Chrysler Motors Corp. Twentieth Anniversary GM Suggestion Plan. The Autodynamic Dodge Family Day '57. Chrysler Warren Stamping Suggestion Plan 7-1-65.

Here is another one I just picked up. If you look closely at the bottom of the vial you will see three little red rings. The object is to turn it upside down and get the rings to go over the foot and leg.

I like keyrings too; couple of Mopar specific ones and then a sampling from one of my boxes

This thread got me to looking for a keyring with the 'correct' Plymouth symbol for my 67, and I stumbled into this - www.classicleatherfobs.co.uk . This guy has some 'emblems' with the right style and makes hand cut and hand stitched leather fobs to go with them; very nice! A couple are on their way...
