those are really rare also the part goes between the inner fender and firewall is different and they where only used on 64 dodge max wedge cars
I still have the piece on the firewall. The fender apron was chopped out for headers. Are you sure Max Wedge only apron?

426 Street Wedge with Chrysler 300H 2 X 4 setup in a1964 Polara 500 I used to own.

440 dressed up as a 426 Street Wedge in my 1964 Canadian Polara hardtop. Big blocks were red in Canada in 1964, so that is what I did. Edelbrock 750 cfm carb on painted Edelbrock aluminum intake, "452" heads, and Mopar Performance repro Magnum cam.

The pic you referenced is one of maybe ten on the planet that had those factory iron tri-y headers. If you just want a panel to repair the cutout for fenderwell headers, that shouldn't be too hard to find.
(Those headers in your Pic are about $15,000 a pair, yep, just the manifolds.)
