it was in the 50s today....... I didn't need much heat, I like it kinda cool; but I cranked it up to 80 and left it run when I walked out
really clean, minimal buffing........ a lot of extra prep paid off

I've needed to paint some body cladding for my truck but I don't have heat in the shop so I'm at the mercy of the weather.
I'm looking to go from this:

I have a couple propane tanks and a kerosene heater but they don't produce enough heat to bring the temps up to 65 when it is 50 outside.

epoxy primer requires the heat...... you can paint when it's chilly, just need faster drying stuff and take your time

I was advised many times not to paint at 55 or below. I never tried because paint costs too much to screw it up.
Can you get faster reducer to spray when it is that cold? The lowest temperature stuff we have here is listed at 65 degrees.

Looks great Mark! All the work certainly paid off in the end result.
The car looks fantastic, and it will be a real gem when it is done. My 70 is nice enough, but no where near this quality.
It'll be fun to test my engine once it is installed and burn up Barry's new tires!!!
