Pulled this off of a youtube video. anybody have info on this car ?

This is a 1 1/2" lowering block installed with the rubber deleted. As you know you cant use lowering blocks without deleting the rubber first. I figured out a way to retain the factory shock and sway bar mount top plate.

I am installing an electric fuel pump and deleting the mechanical pump. When I remove the mechanical pump and install a block off plate is it okay to leave the push rod it place?

I am not sure but unless I am seeing this wrong it looks like I might need taper seat plugs instead of gasket plugs. It has gasket plugs in it now but it looks like the washers have been crushed into a tapered seat shape.
