Could be problematic getting four qualifying rounds in at the Thunder Valley Nationals this weekend. The current weather forecast shows a 50%-60% chance of light rain from 10AM-4PM on Friday.
The forecast for Saturday and Sunday shows 80F and sunny both days.

Congrats to '6pk2goDemon' (FABO) and 'Gpuller' (FBBO) for sharing the Top Qualifier title of the 2017 NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals with an outstanding total of 23.5 bonus points. Only 0.5 bonus points from perfection! They both picked the #1 qualifier in Funny Car and Pro Stock, and the #2 qualifier in Top Fuel. Way to go!
'Budnicks' (FBBO) was just behind with 22.5 points.

We have 17 players for the 11th event of the 2016 NHRA "Pick 'Em game season and 14 different driver combos made up of:
* 6 different Top Fuel drivers with no Round 1 head-to-head matchups and a possibility of two head-to-head matchups in the 2nd round of eliminations if they all survive the opening round.
* 7 different Funny Car drivers with one Round 1 head-to-head matchup between #8 qualifier John Force (1 pick) and #9 qualifier Jack Beckman (5 picks). There is also a possibility of two head-to-head matchups in the 2nd round of eliminations.
* 4 different Pro Stock drivers picked this week. The first possibility of any head-to-head matchups is in the Semi-Final round of eliminations, and all four drivers could get there.

Congratulations to '6pk2goDemon' (FABO), second week in a row, and 'Gpuller' (FBBO) for sharing the "Top Eliminations Picker" with a very nice event total of 118.5 points. They both picked the class winner in Pro Stock and their Top Fuel and Funny Car picks both lost in the semi-finals. Their point totals were helped with ET bonus points in Funny Car and Pro Stock, and Speed bonus points in Top Fuel.
'Nick23187' (FBBO) was right behind with 116.0 points.

The 12th race of the 2016 season, the 10th Annual Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Nationals, is next weekend, June 24-26, at Summit Racing Equipment Motorsports Park in Norwalk, OH.
As always, your picks need to be posted before Pro Qualifying starts on Friday, June 24 in order to qualify for all event bonus points. Pro qualifying is scheduled to start at 5:00PM EDT (2:00 PM PDT).
The Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Nationals entry list is posted on NHRA.com and currently shows 16 Top Fuel, 16 Funny Car, 18 Pro Stock and 20 Pro Stock Motorcycle entries, but the counts are always subject to change.
