what kickdown is that one piece and what throttle cable both of mine are for a max wedgeOn my 440, 452 heads, Summit 6401 cam, 9.3:1 compression, I used two 1405 600cfm Edelbrocks on the old cast iron two four intake. Had to open up the secondary openings in the manifold to work with the Edelbrocks. I used the Edelbrock linkage. I had it set for progressive at first but the front four cylinders were running way too lean. No matter how I jetted it they were still lean at idle. So I locked the linkage one to one and it was much better. Plugs showed that I could richen it up some so I went with 68x47 rods with orange springs. That really helped. If you're not using the orange accelerator pumps (1467) I highly suggest you use them. Ethanol gas will distort the factory and or the blue ones that come in the rebuild kits in no time.
