360 fuel consumption - considering reverting to stock cam?

I might have missed it.......
But if the Summit carb is a brand H clone, it will not be best for economy. One that got good economy would be a one off, should be a museum piece....
I normally vote for a TQ on mileage and power but….
He has a square bore intake.
I myself would move to an AVS.
But he has the 4010 Holley made for Summit. IMO, the carb is not the problem and will deliver good results.

Agree,
In this case the AVS2 with annular boosters would be the best choice.

First off, does your car make good power, next have you taken your spark plugs out and read how they look on the insulator and compare to a manual to see if you are running rich. Also smell your oil if you smell gas, a bad sign to damage your motor. Check your ignition timing and advance, check out Tall John on YouTube for setting it up. If it all checks out good, then do what I did, I bought a 2022 Honda civic for a daily driver and it gets great fuel mileage. The toy comes out on weekends only!
