I asked and yes comes with a base. The guy said it wouldn't fit his carb - Holley I think he said.

If it would clean up to be very presentable.
That is show well on a 2/3 car and needing a larger base for after market carb.
I would be interested at $350.00 to my door.

He said it is a rare (true) and hard-to-find (true) air cleaner, he would like $500 for it (ouch). I am thinking about it and will make a counteroffer based on what other members has posted and by PMs here. I have a 58 392 Hemi with the single 4 barrel and this air cleaner would look awesome on the Hemi, so we shall see!

My friend has one that may or may not be in better shape and I believe he'd be happy getting $300 w/base if that deal doesn't work out for you.
